Whats new

Whats new in this version:

• DocModule.loadDocument(IDoc) and DocModule.getDocClass(int) have been added.
• The ICOrderField interface has been added deprecating COrderField, better adhering to the naming convention for interfaces defining persistent fields. ICOrderField.DELIVERY_DATE has been added.
• ICOrder: added getDeliveryDate(), getUninvoiced(), and setDeliveryDate(), methods.
• IItem: added getStatus() and setStatus() methods (both previously implemented by the Item class).

• Source code formatting and documentation improved.
